Got a great gig for a campaign with a brand I love—I’m veryyy happy!
I really wanted to rest this Sunday. I went to Smorgasburg in Wynwood, grabbed a strawberry piña colada, and walked a few blocks to my favorite comfort food spot. Three tacos and a Mexican Coke later, I was so satisfied.
Next free weekend, I’m heading to the farmers’ market—but unfortunately, that won’t be for another month or so.
This week, I was busy and full of life. Though I felt anxious at first, I had a beautiful day where I truly felt appreciated and content.
For now, I don’t have any Valentine’s Day plans. Either way, I’ll be working that day and the two days after. That’ll keep me busy, and maybe it’s for the best.
Since Valentine’s Day is coming up, let me tell you what a perfect date looks like for me.
I love planning things, sure, but I love it even more when someone plans for me. I’d like to go out to eat somewhere with a beautiful atmosphere, dressed up in a nice dress—because nothing makes me feel more feminine and beautiful than that. Of course, I’ll need at least six hours to get ready, doing my hair as always, with love songs playing in the background.
After dinner, just a place where I feel comfortable—I’d want drinks. Wine never fails, but cocktails? Yes, please. And, of course, I’d want to capture the moment with a photo. A photobooth would be ideal because I have this deep, almost urgent need to try every single one I see.
Maybe it’s the most basic and boring thing in the world, but I just want to feel taken care of.
Other dates I’d love: a paint-and-sip night, visiting an art gallery, road trips, going to a see a game, thrifting together, or hitting an arcade (I’m very competitive—please let me win).
Flowers? I never expect them, but I always secretly wish for them. Just not sunflowers, yellow roses, red roses, or gerberas in any color. Almost all pink flowers steal my heart, but lilies? Lilies are my favorite.
And, of course, the date needs to come with good company—little giggles, stolen glances, that kind of tension that lingers in the air, the kind that leaves you wondering what to do with it.
I'm excited for the week ahead. I love life, I love observing, I love the breeze and the sun. I’m thrilled for what God has in store for me. My future doesn’t scare me—it keeps me on edge, waiting to see what unfolds. Gracias por leer.
